About the Role
We are seeking a Database Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team at Amplify Hearing UK. This is a full-time position based in Darwen, Lancashire, with hybrid working options available.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our customer database, delivering targeted marketing campaigns, and supporting customer retention strategies. This role will require both analytical expertise and creative thinking, with a strong focus on personalisation and performance.

We’re looking for someone who can blend analytical thinking with creativity, someone who enjoys digging into databases, refining segmentation strategies, and crafting personalised campaigns that build loyalty and drive results.
You’ll bring hands-on experience in database marketing, CRM, or direct marketing, with a track record of data-driven success.
