Essentially, a key part of the buddy’s role is to introduce, show, monitor and share best practice and support the relationship between our head office, clinicians and practice teams.

You have a flair in keeping things simplistic and can adapt to changing circumstances. You will need a clean driving license since this role involves being out on the road, driving between our practices. Essential requirements and skills:

 

  • You’ll be a natural communicator, who is personable with the ability to interact, influence and build trusting relationships at all levels
  • Skilled at prioritisation, can identify and manage urgent/important tasks
  • Experienced at managing change and supporting others to navigate change seamlessly
  • A natural coach and can help others to see and solve their problems
  • Analytical, able to interpret data and trends, provide recommendations and take appropriate action
  • Understands how to get the best out of teams with effective people management principles from talent acquisition to performance management

About the Role

 

A Regional Manager or a Practice Buddy as they're internally known as, are fundamental to the integration and continual support of our Joint Venture Partners and their practices.

This role location is flexible, however we are looking for someone who can travel across South East of England/ South West of England/ London, where you’ll be supporting our Joint Venture Partners and practices and will require a certain amount of weekly travelling and overnight stays.

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Attending practice visits, suggest improvements and implement changes.
  • Implement and support the Practice management system (Sycle)
  • Onboard practices in an efficient manner ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and timelines.
  • Recommend and discuss POS and marketing strategies.
  • Regularly engage with staff in practice(s) and discuss training needs and support where required.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing to make sure websites, IPTV, Social media are all up to date with each practice.
  • Constantly revisit marketing collateral and tools for most effective results
  • Ensure Practice teams are kept up to date (daily and monthly)
  • Ensure reporting software platforms (Trello) are being utilised across the estate and are accurate and up to date (Working closely with Marketing Team)
  • Attending both internal and external conferences are a prerequisite to the role, this will involve some weekend work with days in lieu
  • Supporting both our partners and practices with budgets with monthly and quarterly meetings
