Join Our HR Team at Amplify Hearing!

 

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive People / HR Services Administrator to join us on a permanent basis. In this role you’ll provide vital HR support across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to learning and development compliance and day to day people queries. As the first point of contact for employees you’ll ensure our HR processes run smoothly and that every colleague receives excellent support and service.

About the Role

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Darwen, Lancashire

 

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce offer letters contracts of employment and process employment references.
  • Manage all new starter paperwork ensuring completion accuracy and secure storage on PeopleHR.
  • Keep our PeopleHR system up to date with new starters leavers and changes including annual leave entitlement and bank holiday schedules.
  • Maintain corporate benefits systems (Giftbox Simply Health Death in Service) by adding and removing employees as needed.
  • Respond to people related queries including holidays sickness and policy questions.
  • Manage HR compliance processes (e.g. GDPR training right to work documents DBS certificates) and keep accurate audit trails.
  • Support recruitment activity in collaboration with the Talent Team.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction processes working closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless start for new hires.
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly payroll reports ensuring all supporting documentation is in place.
  • Support and coordinate learning and development activities in partnership with the Clinical Director.
  • Assist the HR Business Partner with HR projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update HR policies in line with legislation and company standards.
  • Produce reports and management information to support business needs including trialling AI reporting tools.

What We’re Looking For
✓ Level 5 CIPD qualification or 1 to 2 years’ HR administration experience.
✓ Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
✓ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation.
✓ Clear and professional communication skills.
✓ Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team.
✓ Confident IT skills including the ability to interpret people data.
✓ Knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential HR information.
✓ A “can do” attitude!
