This is a pivotal role focused on supporting our audiologists, clinics, and wider business teams by ensuring our systems and processes operate efficiently and effectively. You will be the champion of our internal systems, taking ownership of our CRM, refining operational processes, and expanding our reporting capabilities. Working closely with the Head of Operations and cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence while delivering outstanding support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and Develop Our CRM: Take responsibility for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and the development of new functionality that supports business growth.
  • Drive Reporting & Business Insight: Create and maintain meaningful KPI reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility of performance, support decision making, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Lead Clinic Onboarding: Coordinate the successful onboarding of new clinics, ensuring systems, processes, and training are in place to enable a smooth and successful launch.
  • Support Clinical Teams: Act as a trusted point of contact for operational and system-related queries, helping our audiologists and clinics deliver exceptional patient experiences without disruption.
  • Improve Processes & Efficiency: Review, refine, and enhance operational workflows, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, automate tasks, and improve business performance.

  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain technical processes clearly to non-technical users.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Experience in the healthcare or audiology sector is a plus, but not essential.
